As the elected chair of the Associates Board committee for internal brand, culture, and process, I wrote the creative process and directed an agency overhaul in workflow. I worked on executive-level projects, creating branded pitch decks, brand audits, and process templates, and directed award-winning campaigns and new business pitches. I oversaw national digital campaigns from inception to delivery, consistently over-delivered on short deadlines, produced upsells, and designed long-form content and social driver assets for B2B campaigns. My clients included Aruba, Software AG, HP, HPE, F5, Poly, Nutanix, AMD, and Citrix.
Working directly with the CEO, I oversee every level of product development and creative direction, manage designers, develop new business, and form the creative vision to create innovative experiences from complex systems. I maximize team output through structured workflow, powerful collaboration, and constant communication. I prototype and direct complex UI systems to achieve intuitive design KPIs, elevate agency branding, direct messaging, and design new marketing looks. I direct the look and feel of trendy websites, manage UI, color, user flow, and experiences of complex products, build expansive design systems, manage the design team's growth and direction, handle client relations, sometimes as interim chief director for them, and meet with clients weekly to discuss status, timing, and future opportunities.
Working on Samsung (global and US), Audi, T-Mobile, and Dollar General Literacy Foundation, I pushed myself to be an innovative and reliable team member, aiding in pitches, product launches, and creating award-winning work. I also hosted workshops in print and social media to fill agency gaps and teach my team about new opportunities. I was promoted from Digital Studio Artist to AAD, then AD. I created key visuals for major product launches for Audi and Samsung, directed video spots and social campaigns for Dollar General, conceptualized product sizzles and photoshoots for Samsung, and utilized Adobe XD to create POS experiences for Audi, Samsung, and SmartThings. I hosted an online TikTok workshop for the agency and earned multiple awards for my illustrations on Audi, including being named 32 Under 32 by my peers.
